RETURNS
We accept any unworn, unwashed shirts with original tags within 14 Days of purchase for a Return approval. The return of an article will only be accepted when the article found unused and in the same condition that you received it with all the packaging and tags are intact.
To initiate the refund process, you must have to fill out our Return Or Exchange form and submit a copy on our website.
You also need to take a print of that form and attach it to the parcel you are sending for a refund.
Please note that we do not offer any cash refund.

Once you have completed all the above processes, you can courier the parcel at your own cost to the address below.

Exchange Policy
We want our customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchase from Moda Scent. But still, we will gladly accept the exchange of items that are unwashed, unused, unaltered and packed with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice.
You can exchange articles within 14 days of your purchase.
The exchange will be provided subject to the immediate availability of stock. Customers will have to bear courier charges for sending and receiving.
